Cathleen Beerkens, RN
Cathleen graduated from the University of Maryland with a BS in Health Education in 1983. She continued her education by receiving a BSN from Georgetown University Nursing School in 1984. She began her nursing career at Georgetown University Medical Center in Washington, DC where she worked for 12 years in the Emergency Room, Surgical and High Risk Labor and Delivery units. She taught as a Teacher’s Assistant in the Georgetown University Nursing School and conducted childbirth education while working with midwives.
She has received certification in Polarity Healing, Reflexology and Re-connective Healing. She graduated in March 2017 from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City as a Health Coach.
Cathleen has three children and lives with her husband, Frans, in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
Growing up on a family farm, Shayn Bowler learned to love and respect animals at a young age. His unique opportunity of being a fifth generation farmer has allowed him to see many changes in the way food and animals are raised.
He and his wife, Kristen, own and operate Utah Natural Meat and Milk where they raise healthy, grass-fed meat and produce raw milk in the only cow dairy remaining in Salt Lake County. Living in such a quickly changing world, Shayn has observed the importance of farm life and nutritious food, and how it’s connection to our stewardship of land and animals seems to be disappearing from society’s awareness. With a focus on transparency and consumer education, they teach that old world nutrition and values can be obtained in the food we eat today.
Shayn lives with his wife, Kristen, and their four children in West Jordan, Utah.
For more than 25 years Steve Burns has owned and operated a publishing company that specializes in nutrition and wellness. During this time his company has published over 1,000 titles on tape, disc, and in print with the number of copies produced estimated to be in excess of 100 million. Throughout his career he has worked with some of the top healthcare professionals in their respective fields and gained a wealth of knowledge in health and science.
In 2014, Steve received a certificate in Social Entrepreneurship from the Wharton School of Business and now spends much of his time helping people take an integrative approach to their health and well-being through both recorded presentations and in-person lectures.
Steve lives in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Dr. Dianne Farley-Jones, MD
She earned her medical degree at Oregon Health Sciences University and also completed two years of medical studies at the Faculté Libre de Médecine in Lille, France. Dr. Farley-Jones is board certified in Family Medicine, having completed her residency at the University of Utah. In 1998 she served as the president of Utah Academy of Family Physicians.
She also completed a three-year course in classical homeopathy at the Hahnemann College of Homeopathy in California, and is certified in medical nutrition by the Certification Board for Nutritional Specialists. Dr. Farley-Jones is on the staff of American Fork Hospital and Timpanogos Regional Hospital.
Dr. Farley-Jones lives in Highland, UT.
Dr. Dan Fouts, DC
After 26 years as a Chiropractor in private clinical practice, Dr. Fouts shifted his focus to ongoing intensive review of the medical nutritional literature with an emphasis on new nutrition technology discoveries.
Dr. Fouts has subsequently authored and taught numerous Continuing Medical Education courses to health care professionals as well as lectured to the lay public in over 300 cities in 13 countries.

Dr. Stan Gardner, MD
Dr. Stan Gardner, M.D., CNS, is board certified in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine. Dr. Gardner treats patients of all ages, both young and young at heart. He is a Certified Nutrition Specialist and applies nutrition and supplements at therapeutic doses to assist the body in healing itself. He uses energy medicine as an effective healing modality with unlimited future potential. Dr. Gardner lectures on many health conditions and options for treatment. He is certified in chelation therapy, and waivered to treat and assist patients with opioid addictions.

Greg Hall is a professional baker and founder of Khorasan Mills, where he sources organic, ancient and biological/naturally grown grains from farmers and mills who care about how clean, healthy crops are grown.

Patty Jake is a certified Healthy Life Coach and works as a Lifestyle Educator alongside Dr. Dianne Farley-Jones and her team at the Alpine Clinic in Lehi, Utah. As a mother of 5, she will tell you that her deepest learning was inspired in the trenches of motherhood. Each child has presented unique opportunities to discover the power of food as medicine, whole food supplementation, herbs, homeopathic preparations, energy/emotional work, stress transformation techniques, and many others.
Coaching her clients to eliminate commercially packaged foods has resulted in remarkable improvements. This evidence has propelled her to research the destructive and addictive properties of processed food.
Patty lives with her husband, Erdman, and their children in Sandy, Utah.
Angie Law is from Orange County, CA. She is the founder of the Not For Profit organization, Angie’s Option, GRM. Angie suffered with chronic and degenerative health issues for 15 years before her husband, Larry delved into study and research trying to find help for her. The field of Glycobiology especially made such an impact for her life so much so that she was determined every person throughout the world should, at the very least, have an option for this education.
She has traveled extensively since 2008 with her husband of 38 years and runs the GRM with facilitators all over North America and in Europe.
Angie has 5 daughters and one son and is the grandmother of 18. She lives in Lehi, Utah.
Larry Law is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy majoring in Mathematics. He received a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Missouri. After a career in the Air Force, he retired to follow his passion for teaching. He taught mathematics at the high school for 15 years and college graduate and undergraduate courses for 18 years until retirement in 2011.
Because of his wife’s chronic and degenerative health concerns, Larry studied extensively in the three areas of concern the GRM provides in their community classes–how our food has been altered, the problems with synthetic and inorganic supplementation and the field of nutritional glycobiology. He is the author of There’s An Elephant in the Room – Exposing Hidden Truths Worth Talking About.
