In 2007, the Center for Disease Control (CDC) funded a study by Harvard Pilgrim Health Care which lasted three years and involved 715,000 patients. They found 35,570 vaccine injuries or 2.6% of vaccine recipients. That is a far cry from the CDC claim of one in a million! They also reported a very troubling statistic that “fewer than 1% of vaccine adverse events are reported.” This is because most doctors are unaware that such a reporting system exists.

In 2016, the medical reporting system for vaccine injuries (VAERS – Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System) received 59, 117 reports including 432 deaths and 10,284 emergency room visits. If the Harvard findings are true, then there were actually 5.9 million vaccine injuries that year! The study statistics were so devastating to the CDC and so potentially detrimental to public confidence that further work in this area was shut down.

In 1991, the Institute of Medicine (IOM) looked at the side effects of just one vaccine (DTP) and concluded there was a causal relationship with six vaccine injuries: acute encephalopathy (brain disease), chronic arthritis, unusual shock-like state, anaphylaxis, and protracted inconsolable crying. In 2012, they increased the number to 18 with an additional 135 other possible injuries including multiple sclerosis (MS), amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), systemic lupus, rheumatoid arthritis (RA), stroke, chronic headache, fibromyalgia, hearing loss, sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS), polyneuropathy, and Guillain-Barre syndrome to name just a few. In 86% of the vaccine injuries reported to VAERS, no one has any idea whether they are related to vaccines or not. So much for vaccine safety testing!

A 2012 study looking at the VAERS database found more disturbing patterns. The more vaccines a child received in a single setting, the more likely they were to be hospitalized or die. Also, “younger infants were significantly more likely than older infants to be hospitalized or die after receiving vaccines.” And finally, “Studies have not been conducted to determine the safety (or efficacy) of administering multiple vaccine doses in a variety of combinations as recommended by CDC guidelines.

That last statement is very disturbing! No one knows the true impact of multiple doses on an infant because no trial has ever studied it before. Yet the CDC assures the public that multiple doses of vaccines in accordance with their vaccine schedule are completely safe. The American Academy of Pediatrics says on their website, “Vaccines are well-studied to make sure that it is safe to give them all at once.” Nothing could be further from the truth.
