In my book, There’s an Elephant in the Room – Exposing Hidden Truths in the Science of Health, I document how the government foregoes safety testing on vaccines and genetically engineered food (GMOs). The government lets the companies do “safety” testing. Of course, everything the companies create pass their test. Why wouldn’t they? There is no liability for injuring people. The public cannot sue vaccine companies or GMO companies for any type of injury from their products as they have been indemnified. And why would a company design a test that their product would fail?

Vaccines are categorized as “biologics” by the medical community and thus do not have to undergo the rigorous testing drugs do.

J.B. Handley in his book, How to End the Autism Epidemic, writes, “Vaccines aren’t required to undergo double-blind trials before they are given to babies. When a pharmaceutical company tests vaccines, they don’t have a “control group” receiving a placebo vaccine to see if there is a difference in adverse outcomes from getting a new vaccine. Worse, the safety testing during a new vaccine trial evaluates adverse reactions after participants received a vaccine for somewhere between two and five days. As one example, the only stand-alone polio vaccine in the United States was monitored for only forty-eight hours after administration. That’s it. Autism, which takes time to manifest, would never be captured in these safety trials. In fact, many of the known adverse events from vaccines with names like Guillain-Barre syndrome, chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy, and rheumatoid arthritis may take weeks, months, or even years to manifest, so safety testing wouldn’t capture any of them.”

Dr. Harold E. Buttram made a very insightful comment concerning the lack of real scientific testing when it comes to vaccines.

He wrote, “In order to meet the criteria of scientific proof, a vaccine safety study would need to perform before-and-after human studies designed to screen for possible adverse effects on the neurological, immunologic, and hematological systems, comparing vaccinated with unvaccinated subjects, both in sufficient numbers and followed for sufficient periods of time to be meaningful. There have never been any studies of this nature, and apparently none have been attempted. Based on personal observation, it appears that before-and-after testing has been studiously avoided by government health agencies for fear that the results would discourage public confidence in vaccine programs. Until this level of safety testing is done, it is a virtual certainty that many adverse vaccine reactions are taking place unrecognized and will continue to take place.”

Another example of inadequate safety testing involves the hepatitis B vaccine (Recombivax). It is recommended to be given to all American babies on their first day of life. The safety study on the vaccine only “included 434 doses of RECOMBIVAX HB, 5 mcg…administered to 147 healthy infants and children (up to 10 years of age) who were monitored for 5 days after each dose.” What this means is the entire safety profile for this vaccine, which is now given to millions of children each year, was based on only 147 children; they weren’t all one day old infants; and they were monitored for only 5 days. This is terrible safety testing. To make matters worse, the children were not given any other vaccine, despite the fact that at two months, four months, six months, and twelve months of age, babies simultaneously receive at least four other vaccines (rotavirus, DTP, Hib, and PCV). The cumulative loading effect of vaccine adjuvants (like aluminum) has never been tested in such multiple doses!

The bottom line is: No one is really looking out for your children. The only safety testing for vaccines is being done in real-time when your child receives their vaccination. It is imperative that parents realize the risks before allowing anyone to inject a vaccine into their child’s bloodstream. At a minimum, wait till a child is between 3 and 5 years old so their immune system is more mature and better able to handle such a massive “immune activation event” within their bodies. Carefully decide which vaccines are reasonable and which ones are too risky. There is no need to be anti-vaccine but we do need to be informed.
