J. B. Handley has written the most comprehensive, science-based book I’ve ever read on the connection between childhood vaccinations and autism. Every new parent needs to read this book (How to End the Autism Epidemic) as part of their due diligence to research vaccines properly before permitting this medical procedure on their young children. Highly educated, intelligent people blindly trust the authorities and have no idea of the health risks involved. Handley is not anti-vaccine. At the end of the book he recommends several vaccines for parents to consider. But there are many he does not recommend and he documents his position with science.

He states, “I had no idea that in 1986 vaccine makers were given blanket indemnity from liability by the US Congress. I didn’t know the vaccine schedule in the United States had tripled since the mid-1980s. Or that the US government had paid out $3.6 billion for vaccine injuries. Or that other developed countries gave many fewer vaccines, and had much less autism. I didn’t know the hepatitis B vaccine, often given on day one of life, only provided protection for four years. Or that autism, ADHD, asthma, and allergies were all skyrocketing, and that their rise corresponded to changes in the vaccine schedule. I couldn’t know that biological science would show how a vaccine can injure an infant’s brain–because it hadn’t been published yet. And I certainly had never read the many published studies showing how vaccines can result in autoimmunity and neurological damage.”

The latest statistics from the CDC now show autism rates as 1 in 36 children (it used to be 1 in 10,000 in 1970!). It is a growing epidemic. Autism cannot have a genetic cause (the rate of growth has been too fast–it is exponential!). It is definitely something in our environment. A common defense for vaccinations is a concept called “herd immunity.” Today the science is clear that all vaccines wear off in four to ten years. With the adult population less than 50 percent up to date on vaccines, the U.S. population is nowhere near “herd immunity” and has never been!

Dr. Russsell Blaylock, a neurosurgeon states, “That vaccine-induced herd immunity is mostly myth can be proven quite simply. When I was in medical school, we were taught that all of the childhood vaccines lasted a lifetime. This thinking existed for over 70 years. It was not until relatively recently that it was discovered that most of these vaccines lost their effectiveness 2 to 10 years after being given. What this means is that at least half the population, that is the baby boomers, have had no vaccine-induced immunity against any of these diseases for which they had been vaccinated very early in life. In essence, at least 50% or more of the population was unprotected for decades.”

GenerationRescue.org is a website started by J.B. Handley and hosted by Jenny McCarthy. It is dedicated to helping families with autistic children injured by vaccinations. Autism is preventable. Some injured children have even recovered in remarkable ways. But the epidemic will never end until people are able to confront the lies expressed by those claiming authority but working for the pharmaceutical industry. These lies are told time and time again to distract and confuse the issue. It’s time to have honest discussions and remove the explosive attitudes that surround this topic. Our children depend upon it. For more information on vaccinations, see my book.
