Valentines 2019
This week in the U.S. is the time we celebrate all the love in our lives! Valentine’s Day is not just a day for “couples” (with chocolate and/or flowers) but it’s also a time to recognize the love which surrounds each of us whether we are in a relationship or not. Celebrating this holiday can be done in many different ways. For instance, I’ve enjoyed making little Valentine cards for my grandchildren and I’ve also scheduled a special get-together with them–this is no small undertaking either as I have 20! But, it’s meaningful and I want each of them to know how very LOVED they are.
Who can you share a Valentine with? A neighbor, a shut-in, a widow, a sibling, a co-worker, your mail carrier, a hospitalized patient, a hospice worker, your favorite waitress or your house-keeper? And, the list goes on!
Share your LOVE now. Don’t wait until it’s too late…and in the meantime Larry and I wish for you all the love in the world–it is there for the receiving. Even if we don’t know you personally we know there is much love surrounding you and we hope you know it and soak it up–not only this week but each and every day too.
Happy, Happy Valentine’s Day!
