We finally got some winter weather–but at my house it is never too cold for ice cream! Try this “nice” option for a yummy ice cream treat. Thanks Debbie Lynn for sharing it with the GRM. YUM.

Take two ripe bananas, chop them up and freeze them. When they are completely frozen add them to your food processor with 2 T. raw milk or full-fat coconut milk. Give it a whirl and add 1 teaspoon vanilla until it’s nice and creamy. Stop the processor and add 1 cup frozen strawberries. Give it another whirl until it’s nicely incorporated. Eat it like a “soft” ice cream at this point OR transfer it into a plastic-ware container and freeze it for one hour which will give it a firmer consistency where it can be scooped more like traditional ice cream.
